China Business Development Coordinator

Here are some of the main tasks that the candidate will have:

  • Develop Business for the company globally, especially focusing on business for local Chinese
  • Assist in key account relationship
  • Attend Chamber of Commerce events, networking events, Industry Fairs,
  • Assist on the follow up of the services offered to
  • Keep constant contact and open communication with business
  • Generate a strong sales pipeline and reach the sales target assigned by the Corporate

Commercial Coordinator:

  • Liaison for HQ in all administrative matters (tax filing, Salary Payments, financial reports, etc.) with 2 people for admin support (1 internal and 1 external)
  • Generate sales leads and create a detailed follow-up


  • Meet the relevant sales targets
  • Attend at least two to three networking events per
  • Dedicate 50% of the time to new client acquisition, 25% to existing accounts and the rest to strategy and administrative issues.
  • Manage administration efficiently

This position will be based in the Shanghai office.  The candidate will be working tightly with other associates and the  Corporate Commercial Director. The ideal profile should have the following characteristics:

  • Possession of a strong local network of clients
  • 3 years of experience in developing and managing a strong client pipeline, preferably in International profile with fluency in written and spoken English
  • Spanish is a Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
  • Strong service-oriented mindset
  • Strong empathic
  • Strong networking skills with the need to meet new people often through attending  3  to  4  networking events per week
  • Team worker with good communication and interpersonal skills
